Health Records and Vaccinations

• We require health records and current proof of vaccinations for your dog. These vaccinations must include rabies, Bordetella, and DHLPP from your vet. These records are required by law and our facility.
• Pets should be current on worming and heartworm preventative.
• Oral medications can be administered during the pets stay but must be in the original package with the pet’s name and dosage. We will not do injections.

Special Instructions

• For the best possible care, we ask you to inform us of any special needs or behaviors that we may encounter during your pets stay with us. (Scared of loud noises, digging, fence jumping, or other habits)

Safety Policy and Regulations

• Our facility consists of 8 climate-controlled kennels which are cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis or more often if needed.
• We do not allow your pets to comingle with other pets unless they are from the same family, and we have your permission.
• In the event we feel that we have a pet in our care that might be a good playmate for your pet we will seek authorization from both owners before they can play together.
• Pets will be inspected during a meet and greet or upon arrival for fleas, ticks, or conditions not acceptable for the health and safety of other pets in our care.
• In the event we need to seek veterinary care we will contact you and if you are not available, we will select care based on the need and listed emergency information.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
• For everyone health and safety all pets are required to be wearing a leash and collar when entering or exiting the facility.
• All pets will be inside a safe and secure area.
• Adequate outside exercise and play time will be provided weather permitting.
• Your pet and its bedding will be washed as needed.

Open from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon

and 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
